● M.E.P. co-ordination at site with other disciplines, ensure all the services are accommodated within the design ceiling to
avoided abortive work by early clash detection. Recommended solutions to the project manager and team to achieve
the design intends.
● Supervised the installation and commissioning of indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment (Chiller, Cooling Towers, FCU,
AHU, VRV/VRF Units, DX Units).
● Actively participated in site surveys of mechanical and plumbing assets quantity takeover.
● Participated in supervision of swimming pool MEP equipment, solar water heater, P.V. panels installation and
commissioning.
● Participated in installation/supervision of firefighting equipment (fire pumps, fire alarm system, connecting fire alarm to
command centre, hose reels, breaching inlets, firefighting piping, sprinklers, smoke detectors, valves & riser, etc.).
● Managing Inspection and Survey documents and communications with manager, clients and all stakeholders.
