Shift Engineer

To carry out Preventive maintenance as per schedules & attend breakdown of equipment.
Creating Detailed Drawing for the Reactors and Pressure Vessels and maintaining updated site layout of the
company.
Creating daily maintenance report and keeping track of the corresponding activities.
Maintaining equipments like Glass lined Reactors, & gearboxes, agitators, pumps, etc.
Supervising over operation and maintenance of HVAC system and executing filter cleaning as per planned
schedule. Also responsible for HVAC validation as per planned schedule.
Follow safety practices implementation in plant.
Responsible for spare management and inventory control.
Preparation and checking of contractor manpower bill.
Qualification of newly installed equipment i.e. DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, etc & re-qualification of old equipments.
Responsible for Supply Chain Management & Indent Management System related activities.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure with respect to Engineering tasks as per GMP requirements.

Service and Commissioning Engineer

Reverse Engineering and Modification for the development of existing spares parts from OEM and modelling
with Creo Parametric.
Dismantling, Reconditioning, Overhauling and Service (Intermediate and Major) of Centrifuge separator from
Alfa Laval, GEA Westfalia and Mitsubishi SJ series.
